Return and exchanges
At TRIO we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment or delivery; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 7 days. If product has any damage you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value or an even exchange.
NOTE: We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special orders or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
How to Return Merchandise by Mail
Before mailing the item you wish to return please keep in mind that all returns must be accompanied by an original receipt or packing slip. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
- Print the original receipt or packing slip.
- Repack Merchandise
Package the merchandise in its original container, only if available. Enclose the original receipt or packing slip. Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice. - Ship to: TRIO PACK LLC
